About Forever Classic
Forever Classic is an independent, unofficial companion site for World of Warcraft: Forever. It turns Blizzard's announcements, the game's own data files and player uploads into tools and pages that fit your character, and every fact on it shows where it came from.
What Forever Classic does
The site does three jobs. The talent calculator reads every talent, rank and tooltip number straight from the game files, so a build you share rebuilds exactly. The news pages, such as every racial ability and the class changes, collect what Blizzard has confirmed and what has been reported, with a grade and a source on each line. The map fills in from testers running our free collector addon during the beta, and a position only counts as verified once two players report the same thing.
What we do not do
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment.
- We do not copy other fan sites' databases or calculators. Talent data comes from the game files, news from Blizzard and independent reporting, and map positions from our own testers.
- We do not invent details. When something has not been shown, the page says so and waits for the beta files.
- We do not sell rankings or take payment to change what a page says.
How the information is graded
Every fact carries one of four grades: Official when Blizzard said it, Verified when two independent reports agree, Reported when one source says it, and Unconfirmed when sources conflict, in which case both versions are shown. How the site is funded
Forever Classic is free to use and needs no account. It currently carries no adverts and no affiliate links. If that changes, this page and the privacy policy will say so first.
